About Us

Joey and Ale met during their sophomore year at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. They met at a party at a mutual friend’s apartment. A few days later, Joey requested Ale be his friend on Facebook. She accepted and sent him a message about how nice it was to meet him.

Soon after, Joey asked Ale on their first date. They went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse (Ale’s pick) and got ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. When Ale got home, she gushed to her roommate about how she was going to marry Joey one day. She knew from the beginning he was “The One”.

The next evening, they went on their second date and the rest is history.

After they graduated from Indiana University in 2007, Joey moved to Milwaukee to start his career at Kohl’s Corporate Headquarters and Ale began her job search in Chicago. Funny how things happen – she ended up accepting a job at Mueller Communications, a public relations agency in downtown Milwaukee.

The two currently live in Milwaukee with Ale’s dog, Miss Rosie.
